Form a leadership team to include small group leaders, persons overseeing outreach, training, service, entertainment, etc.
Train Christians in Dominion Valley and Heritage Hunt in outreach hospitality, personal evangelism and event follow-up.
Become more visible by taking active roles in the community (e.g., attend community breakfasts, board meetings, etc.).
Invite neighbors over for lunch, dinner, etc., in order to build deeper relationships.
Plan and conduct a series of outreach events in Dominion Valley or Heritage Hunt such as: a seasonal outreach (e.g., Christmas coffee); evangelistic dinner (e.g., SteakOut or Girls Night Out); or, an evangelistic concert.
Conduct personal follow-up as a result of the initial outreaches and begin new small Bible study groups.
Plan and conduct a community service project, recruiting the unchurched active adults to join with the Christians to meet a significant need in the community.
Begin a small group on how to mentor your grandchildren.
Conduct felt-need seminars in the active adult community clubhouses such as finances, relationships, community service, etc.
